Ofcourse. You can choose it on any SLR(analog) or D-SLR(digital). There are also some compacts that have these options (the small cameras)

Well it mostly depends on your money you know. I’d suggest either
D60 – D80 – D90
400D-450D-500D
Any from those. First ones are Nikons. D90 and 500D have recording, but you must manually focus on D90. You can get D80 for ~650€ and 450D for about 450€. Check the cameras themselves, their info.

Great Tutorial. I learned a lot from it with nice examples and simple explanations. To be honest i get mixed up with aperture and shutter speed when it comes to light. But i will eventually figure out what will be the best settings. Recently bought Samsung WB550 so im learning to get best out of it. Thanks for your efforts and keep it going!!!!
